Our pre-screenings are free of charge. To request a free pre-screening, call or send us a message below.  A member of our medical team will follow up with you and gather more information about your specific condition to meet the state requirements.

STEP 2:

SCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT

After you meet the state requirements, our medical team will follow and schedule an appointment to meet with an MMJ physician as well as provide details on what you will need to bring with you to your in-person exam with our physician and MMJ doctor.

STEP 3:

MEET WITH A PHYSICIAN

Meet with one of our MMJ physician for an in-person medical exam.  During the exam, the physician will discuss your diagnosis, symptoms, current or past treatments, and your options surrounding medical cannabis. If you qualify, you will be provided with your MMJ recommendation.

COMPASSIONATE MEDICAL CANNABIS ACT OF 2014

The Compassionate Medical Cannabis Act was signed into law on June 16, 2014 (Chapter 381.986, Florida Statutes) allowing physicians licensed under Chapter 458 and 459 of the Florida Statutes to recommend the use of non-smoked low-THC (tetrahydrocannabinol) cannabis to qualified patients.  The Florida Department of Health required patients to meet specific requirements in order to qualify for the use of low-THC cannabis.  This law allowed limited medical marijuana use in the state of Florida; it did not fully legalize it.
